industry.Under his

Vincent S. Nativo Vice President/Executive
Project Manager
Vincent is the second generation to join the staff of Nativo
General Contracting and has over eight years experience in the
design and construction industry.He attended Pratt Institute where he studied architecture
and in 1996 received a Bachelor of Architecture degree with
honors.He worked for
several years at architectural firms in New York.Mr. Nativo is a strong project manager with an ability to
successfully coordinate the project work with the architects,
engineers and subcontractors while maintaining the project budget
and schedule.
Vincent Nativo
Secretary/Chief Estimator
As chief estimator, Vincent is directly responsible for overseeing
all of the firm’s construction operations, including supervision
of all estimating, bidding, awarding of subcontracts, purchasing,
and project cost control.“Vinny”
has been extensively involved in the company’s construction
operations, business development, financial matters, as well as
the administrative human resources manager since 1970.
Christopher Nativo Executive Field
Supervisor
Christopher “Chris” Nativo joined Nativo General Contracting
in 1968.Christopher
has over thirty years experience in the construction industry and
his responsibilities include general field supervision and field
human resource management for Nativo General Contracting.As a general superintendent, he is involved in field
operations, quality control and scheduled completion of the
company’s projects.Christopher not only has hands-on experience in
construction in the United States, but also in Italy and
Switzerland.
